BRONZE - Basic Property Search
This low cost option will provide you with an initial search of properties that match your criteria and will make recommendations of the properties that are worth proceeding with. All information will be made available to you in the secure area of our website and you will have unlimited access to the information we provide.
Our knowledge of the local property market often means that we are aware of new properties as soon as they are made available and can arrange viewing's for you so you don't miss out!
We will alert you to any issues within the local area of the proposed properties and email you with regular updates.
Silver - Enhanced Property Finder Service
In addition to the Bronze service, we will personally view the selected properties for you and will upload additional images of the home and the surrounding area. We will provide you with a written report on the suitability of the properties, and the location selected and make recommendations to you.
Gold - All-inclusive Property Finder Service
Our most popular service includes the features provided in the Bronze and Silver service but will also provide you with a full video viewing of the selected properties and their surroundings all uploaded to the secure area of the site.
We will provide a detailed analysis of the local amenities on offer and will ensure that the location caters for your leisure activities. An example of this would be the proximity of surfing beaches for the surfing enthusiast or the quality of out riding for our equestrian clients.
In addition to this we will also provide you with a detailed analysis of the schools in the area and are able to offer a professional evaluation of the most recent OFSTED reports and league table results.
Platinum - Express Property Finder Service
If your in a hurry, why not go for the express property finder service. This service is identical to the gold service but is completed within one week.
